Data intelligence platform Tracxn announced its Q1 FY27 results on Wednesday. The Bengaluru-based company reported flat revenue during the quarter, while it slipped into losses. Tracxn’s revenue from operations declined 0.6% to Rs 21.08 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 21.20 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal (Q1 FY26), according to its financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Tracxn derived its entire operating revenue from subscription sales that provide access to its data and software. However, the company did not disclose a detailed revenue breakup for the quarter. The company also earned Rs 1.52 crore from non operating sources, taking its total revenue to Rs 22.60 crore in the first quarter of FY27. Employee benefit expenses remained the largest cost head, increasing 16% to Rs 21.98 crore and accounting for 86.64% of the overall expenditure during the quarter. The company’s total expenses rose 18.4% to Rs 25.37 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 21.43 crore in Q1 FY26. Due to the sharp increase in expenses, Tracxn reported a loss of Rs 3.01 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to a profit of Rs 1.12 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On a quarter on quarter basis, Tracxn reported a marginal 2.9% growth in operating revenue to Rs 21.08 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 20.49 crore inQ4 FY26.However, its losses widened 14.4% to Rs 3.01 crore during the same period from Rs 2.63 crore in the preceding quarter. At the close of trading on Monday, Tracxn's shares settled at Rs 30.62, giving the company a market capitalization of approximately Rs 319 crore.
