Wealth and asset management firm Neo Group has raised Rs 350 crore ($36.3 million) in a fresh funding round led by existing investor Peak XV Partners. The investment comes shortly after Neo secured Rs 550 crore from TVS Capital, further strengthening its capital base as it expands its wealth and asset management business. The fresh capital will be used to invest in technology, expand its team and develop new product offerings. Founded by Nitin Jain, Neo Group provides wealth management, asset management and investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. As of June 30, 2026, Neo Group managed around Rs 1.3 lakh crore in client assets across its advisory and asset management businesses. The firm also oversees around Rs 50,000 crore of annualised recurring revenue-generating assets. Neo currently operates across more than 30 cities in India and has a presence in the United States. The company employs over 850 professionals, including more than 150 senior wealth advisors. Earlier in November last year, Neo Assets marked the first close of its second private credit fund atRs 2,000 crore. Registered with SEBI, the fund provides credit solutions to unlisted companies and acquires secondary positions. Before this, Neo hadraisedRs 221 crore (about $25 million) in a follow-on round led by Crystal Investment Advisors (Atha Group) in November last year. It also raised $120 million, including a$48 millionround in August 2024 and $35 million Series B funding in October 2023. Entrackrhad exclusively reported both rounds.
