The appointments bring the next generation of leadership onto the board alongside the founders and the professional management team. Aviral Maheshwari has led operational and organisational initiatives since 2014, Anand Maheshwari has focused on digital and technology integration since 2019, and Keshav Maheshwari has overseen the company's international business. The move is aimed at strengthening governance and supporting ALLEN's long-term institutional growth. Emeritus Enterprise delivered more than 600 enterprise learning programmes in FY26, with over 80% focused on Agentic AI and leadership development. The division trained more than 120,000 professionals globally, with India emerging as its largest market for role-based AI training. More than 80% of enterprise clients are building AI learning academies to support workforce adoption. Demand also expanded beyond technology teams to functions including sales, marketing, finance, HR and operations. The company said women's enrolment rose 30% during the year, reflecting broader participation in enterprise AI upskilling. The Holidays.ai has launched an AI-powered travel planning platform that provides personalised destination recommendations, customised itineraries and travel assistance through conversational AI.
