Exclusive: Logistics startup GoBolt converts into public company

Logistics startup GoBOLT is preparing for an IPO and has converted itself into a public company, a move that signals a clear roadmap toward its planned IPO.The company's board has passed a special resolution to change the name of its parent company from Camions Logistics Solutions Private Limited to Camions Logistics Solutions Limited, according to regulatory filings. Founded in 2015 by Parag Aggarwal and others, GoBolt is a logistics technology company, GoBOLT operates in the line-haul and short-haul trucking segments, offering technology-enabled transportation services through a hybrid asset ownership model. The company also provides SaaS-based fleet management and customer engagement solutions, while its platform connects more than 5,000 empanelled trucks serving enterprise customers across the e-commerce, FMCG, FMCD, and industrial sectors. In June 2021, GoBolt raised $20 million led by Paragon Partners. The company has raised around $28 million in total funding to date. GoBolt is yet to file its financial statements for FY26. In FY25, the company's operating revenue increased 12.6% to Rs 466 crore, while its profit more than doubled to Rs 6.5 crore during the same period.
