Founded in 2020 by Minu Margeret, BlissClub is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) athleisure and functional apparel brand. The company initially focused on technical activewear for Indian women and has since expanded into an omnichannel business with more than 40 retail stores and a recently launched menswear line. Its portfolio includes leggings, tops, outerwear, and accessories developed through in-house research and sourcing. The brand sells through its own website, marketplaces, and offline retail stores across India. BlissClub has yet to file its annual financial report for FY26. In FY25, its operating revenue grew 51% to Rs 131.5 crore in FY25 from Rs 87 crore in FY24. During the same period, the company also reduced its losses by more than half, aided by lower employee costs. Bareback Media has recently raised funding from a group of investors.
