As artificial intelligence moves from experimentation to everyday work, one question is becoming increasingly important: who will teach millions of professionals how to use it effectively? That opportunity has given rise to a new wave of AI-first education startups, and Be10x is emerging as one of the fastest-growing players in the segment. Founded in 2023 by IIT Kharagpur alumni Aditya Goenka and Aditya Kachave, the startup is building an AI upskilling platform focused on helping professionals integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflows instead of merely learning the technology. The company says its long-term vision is to educate 100 million individuals in AI while accelerating adoption of AI tools globally. The startup’s philosophy is rooted in a simple belief that has become its core positioning: AI will not replace professionals, but professionals who effectively use AI are likely to outperform those who don’t. “Speaking about the company's vision, we measure success by outcomes along with certification and course completion.
