Onpoint, a consumer rewards platform, has raised $600k in a pre-seed funding round co-led by First Cheque, an entity under IndiaQuotient, and Whiteboard Capital. The round also saw participation from several angel investors, including former directors from Meta and Google, as well as alumni of the Kellogg School of Management. Founded in 2025 by former Meta employees Nakul Khanna and Anurag Gupta, Onpoint helps users earn rewards on everyday purchases across brands and merchants. The company said the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its product, expand its merchant network and grow its user base in India. The platform operates through a payment-agnostic model, allowing users to earn rewards, known as Onpoints, when they purchase gift vouchers or shop with partner brands through its app, website or browser extension. These rewards can be earned irrespective of the payment method used and can be combined with existing credit card rewards and loyalty benefits. Users can redeem Onpoints across travel and loyalty programs such as Air India’s Maharaja Club, IndiGo BluChip and Flipkart SuperCoins. The points can also be redeemed for gift cards from more than 300 brands, including Amazon Pay, Flipkart, Myntra and Uber. The founding team brings experience from companies including Meta, Google, Uber and Zeta, with expertise across consumer technology, payments and platform engineering.
