TBO Tek posts Rs 814 Cr revenue and Rs 60 Cr profit in Q4 FY26

Business-focused travel distribution platform TBO Tek announced its quarterly results today. The Gurugram-based company recorded an 82.5% year-on-year increase in revenue, while its profit remained flat for the quarter ended March 2026. TBO’s operating revenue increased to Rs 814 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 446 crore in Q4 FY25, according to its unaudited financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). For the full fiscal year, its revenue from operations grew 54% year-on-year to Rs 2,677 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,737 crore in FY25. Income from hotel and package bookings accounted for 83% of TBO’s revenue, rising 90% year-on-year to Rs 676 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 356 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services contributed Rs 139 crore, while other income sources added Rs 41 crore to the firm’s topline. As hotels and packages remained the largest revenue source, the service fees associated with them became the company’s biggest cost center, accounting for 42% of the total expenditure at Rs 320 crore in Q4 FY26. Employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 170 crore during the quarter. Overall, total expenses rose 87.8% to Rs 753 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 401 crore in Q4 FY25. TBO Tek posted a 2% increase in profit to Rs 60 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 59 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year, its profit after tax stood at Rs 244 crore. At the end of today’s trading session, TBO Tek shares were trading at Rs 1,224, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 13,291 crore.
