D2C fashion brand Snitch has acquired women's fashion label Berrylush, marking its entry into the women's apparel segment as it expands beyond menswear. The company did not disclose the financial details of the transaction. Berrylush will continue to operate under its existing brand while leveraging Snitch's capabilities across product development, technology, supply chain, marketing, and omnichannel retail, the company said in a press release. "Entering women's fashion has always been part of our long-term vision. Instead of starting from zero, we saw an opportunity to build on Berrylush's strong foundation," said Siddharth Dungarwal, founder and CEO of Snitch. As part of the integration, Snitch will work with Berrylush co-founder Anusha Chandrashekar and the existing team to accelerate product innovation, expand its omnichannel presence, and strengthen the customer experience. The acquisition comes a little over a year after Snitch raised$40 millionin its Series B funding round led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from existing investors IvyCap Ventures and SWC Global. The company has raised more than $53 million to date. According to the company's annual financial statements, Snitch's revenue from operations grew 81% to Rs 900 crore in FY26 from Rs 498 crore in FY25, while continuing to scale its omnichannel business. The acquisition of Berrylush marks the company's first major expansion beyond the menswear category as it looks to build a broader portfolio of fashion brands.
