WeWork India posts Rs 696 Cr revenue in Q4 FY26, profits surge 80%

Managed office space provider WeWork India reported a 29.1% year-on-year growth in revenue from operations for Q4 FY26. At the same time, its profits grew by around 80% during the quarter. The company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 696 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 539 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, according to its consolidated financial statements sourced from the NSE. Income from providing managed workspace and allied services is the sole source of revenue for WeWork. It also added other income of Rs 19 crore, taking the company’s total income to Rs 715 crore for the quarter. For the full fiscal year ended March FY26, WeWork India’s revenue grew 25.2% to Rs 2,440 crore from Rs 1,949 crore in FY25. On the expense front, depreciation and amortisation expenses related to leases remained the largest cost component at Rs 267 crore in Q4 FY26. Employee benefits expenses stood at Rs 51 crore, while finance costs came in at Rs 159 crore. Overall, the company’s total expenses rose to Rs 672 crore during the quarter. WeWork India posted a profit of Rs 66 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 36.7 crore in the year-ago period. For the entire FY26, the company reported a profit of Rs 75 crore. The company’s total assets grew significantly, reaching Rs 7,092.16 crore by the end of FY26, up from Rs 5,391.67 crore in FY25. Meanwhile,  its cash flow from operating activities also improved to Rs 1,734 crore during the period. WeWork India shares are currently trading at Rs 531.60 (as of 1:45 PM), valuing the company at a total market capitalization of Rs 6,688 crore.
