Navi Limited today announced an investment of USD 100 million from Prosus, marking Navi's first institutional capital raise and an important milestone in its journey to build one of India's leading technology-driven financial services institutions. The proposed investment aligns with Prosus's long standing thesis in backing leading technology platforms in India and its confidence in Navi's business, execution capabilities and a long-term ambition to build one of India’s leading technology-driven financial services institutions. The investment also builds on a long-standing relationship between Sachin Bansal and Naspers and the Prosus Group spanning more than a decade. Navi enters this next phase of growth with strong operating momentum across its businesses. During FY26, Navi UPI strengthened its position as one of India's fastest-growing payments platforms, retaining its rank as the country's fourth-largest UPI app. Navi Finserv continued to scale its lending franchise responsibly with AUM crossing ₹130 billion. Supported by improving economics and increasing operating leverage, the Group achieved consolidated profitability in Q4FY26 - an important milestone that reflects the strength of Navi’s model and its focus on building a durable, technology-led financial institution for the long term.
