Mumbai based wealthtech firm Veriqus Group has raised Rs 387 crore (around $40 million) in a funding round led by Norwest Venture Partners. The firm plans to use the fresh capital to expand its network of wealth creators, strengthen its AI enabled wealth management platform, and deepen its presence across Tier II and other high growth cities in India. Founded by Roshi Jain and Anand Khatau, Veriqus provides technology and wealth management solutions for financial advisors and wealth creators. Its platform combines investment products, portfolio management, and AI driven tools to help advisors manage and grow client assets. The company currently works with more than 500 wealth creators, who collectively manage assets worth over Rs 1.2 lakh crore. It aims to expand this network while increasing its presence beyond metro cities, where demand for professional wealth management services is rising. According to Veriqus, the funding will also support product development, including AI capabilities designed to improve advisor productivity, portfolio insights, and client engagement. As per data compiled by Entrackr, Indian wealthtech startups raised more than $634 million across 51 funding deals involving 39 startups during 2024 and 2025. In the ongoing calendar year,AssetPlusraised $19.3 million, Wint Wealth secured $28 million,Neo Groupbagged $36.3 million,Bachattraised $12 million, while Prime Investor, Rovia, CREST and HyperNorm also attracted fresh capital.
