Bengaluru-based digital healthcare platform MediBuddy has appointed Shalabh Shrivastava as its Head of Operations. In his new role, Shrivastava will focus on strengthening the company’s operations, processes and technology-led execution as MediBuddy expands its healthcare services. Shrivastava brings over two decades of experience across consumer technology, ecommerce, retail and consulting. Most recently, he led product, design and operations for Swiggy’s driver organisation. Before Swiggy, he spent more than a decade at Flipkart, where he held leadership roles across first-mile, last-mile and third-party logistics. He later served as VP and National Head of Large & Furniture Supply Chain. Earlier, Shrivastava worked with Reliance Retail, Cognizant and Ernst & Young. At MediBuddy, he will work on building operating systems, automation and processes across the company’s healthcare network. His appointment comes as the company scales its services across enterprises, insurers and consumers. MediBuddy reported its first EBITDA-positive quarter in Q4 FY26, with an annual revenue run rate of over Rs 1,500 crore. Online consultations grew over 90% year-on-year during the quarter. The company serves more than 37 million lives and 1,200 corporates, with a network of over 140,000 doctors, 7,500 hospitals and clinics, 7,700 diagnostic centres and more than 10,000 pharmacies.
