KuhlTherm, an advanced precision liquid cooling technology company for high performance computing infrastructure, has raised $1.1 million in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures. The fresh funds will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen R&D and testing infrastructure, expand its engineering and business development teams, pursue certifications, and build strategic partnerships, KuhlTherm said in a press release. Co-founded in 2025 by Vishant Gandhi, Kamish Kachhadia, Shailesh Bishnoi, Jasvipul Chawla, and Kishan Baravaliya, KuhlTherm develops advanced precision liquid cooling solutions for high performance computing environments. The company offers Direct-to-Chip cooling, Rear Door Heat Exchangers, immersion cooling systems, coolant distribution units, and NexusFlow OS, its proprietary cooling intelligence platform. The Ahmedabad-based startup says its solutions are designed to support high density AI workloads, reduce cooling energy consumption, and improve data centre sustainability through modular, retrofit ready, and software led liquid cooling infrastructure. KuhlTherm combines proprietary hardware, software-led monitoring, and India-led engineering. Its Direct-to-Chip cold plates use patented mesh-based cooling technology to address processor hotspots, while its modular Rear Door Heat Exchanger architecture allows operators to add cooling capacity as rack heat loads increase. The startup plans to scale its liquid cooling solutions for AI data centres, hyperscale infrastructure, and other high density computing environments.
