Ferns N Petals (FNP), an omni-channel gifting and floral retail company, is planning to go public by the end of 2028 as it looks to accelerate its expansion plans and pursue acquisitions, according to Reuters. The Lighthouse-backed company is targeting an annual revenue growth of around 25% over the next few years, Global CEO Pawan Gadia told Reuters. The IPO proceeds will be deployed towards expanding its business and acquiring brands in the gifting space. FNP reported a revenue of Rs 1,085 crore in FY26, reflecting a 25% year-on-year growth. The company is also sharpening its focus on profitability and expects its core earnings margin to improve to 5–6% this fiscal from 2.5% in the previous year. As part of its expansion strategy, the company plans to increase its retail footprint to 350 stores by FY28 from around 280 currently. While the brand will continue opening company-owned stores in metro cities, it plans to adopt a franchise-led model in smaller towns. FNP has raised around $27 million in funding to date, with Lighthouse among its key investors. Beyond its gifting business, the company also operates hospitality and wedding ventures under Udman Hotels and FNP Weddings and Events.
