· IPO & Markets · Entrackr

InCred Capital has launched InCred Black, a new offering focused on ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), entrepreneurs and business families. As part of the launch, Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla have joined InCred as Co-Founders of InCred Black. The trio previously built the wealth business at Avendus and brings over 80 years of collective experience across firms such as Kotak, Barclays and Credit Suisse. InCred Black will offer wealth management services across asset allocation, alternative investments, public and private markets, credit, liquidity solutions and global investing. The proposition will leverage the broader investment, advisory and institutional capabilities of InCred Capital and the InCred Group. Agrawal, Sahney and Gotla will focus on building client relationships, expanding the team and scaling the new business. The launch comes as InCred’s wealth franchise has crossed Rs 1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM). The company said InCred Black will add a more specialised offering for its UHNI clientele while its capabilities and senior talent will also support the broader wealth management business. “InCred Black raises the bar further, bringing a sharper proposition, differentiated access and the full capabilities of InCred to our most sophisticated clients,” said Bhupinder Singh, Founder and Group CEO, InCred. Nitin Rao, CEO of InCred Wealth, said the new business will bring greater specialisation to the company’s UHNI relationships and strengthen its offerings across the broader wealth platform. InCred Black plans to add more senior bankers and specialist talent as it scales. InCred Capital and InCred Money are distinct verticals and are not part of InCred Holdings Limited, the 100% holding company of InCred Finance, which is preparing for an IPO.
