The facility houses a high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure aimed at democratising access to advanced artificial intelligence resources. The lab will provide computing resources, research infrastructure and digital skilling opportunities to students, researchers and institutions across India. It will support research in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, computer vision, natural language processing, cybersecurity, healthcare, intelligent systems and data analytics.
