SaaS firm Capillary Technologies Capillary Technologies’ promoter entity Capillary Technologies Pte Ltd has offloaded a 4.14% stake in the firm by selling shares through a bulk deal on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). According to an exchange, the promoter entity sold 32.92 lakh shares at a share price of Rs 520.86 per share. The transaction values the stake sale at approximately Rs 171.50 crore. Prior to the transaction, Capillary Technologies Pte Ltd held a 48.92% stake in the company. The stake sale comes shortly after Capillary Technologies reported a 42.6% year-on-year growth in operating revenue toRs 256.6 crorein Q1 FY27 from Rs 180 crore in Q1 FY26. However, the company slipped into losses during the quarter due to a Rs 33.4 crore exceptional loss linked to a cyber-enabled banking fraud at its Czech Republic subsidiary. Founded in 2008 by Aneesh Reddy, Krishna Mehra, and Ajay Modani, Capillary Technologies offers cloud-native loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement solutions to more than 465 brands across 53 countries. Its clientele includes Tata Digital, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, and Abbott Laboratories. As of 11:30 PM today, shares of Capillary Technologies rose 1% to Rs 526.8, taking its total market capitalization to Rs 4,189 crore (about $441 million).
