Bengaluru-based quick home services platform Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its Head of Operations. He will lead the company’s operations and focus on building systems for scale and improving service fulfilment. Yadav brings 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses. Before joining Snabbit, he was the co-founder of quick fashion commerce platform Klydo and held leadership roles at Udaan and Flipkart. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi. Klydo, founded by Yadav and Ankit Agarwal in September 2025, had launched a 15-30 minute fashion delivery service in Bengaluru. The startup raised around $2 million in seed funding butpausedits consumer operations in July 2026 as it was pivoting towards a new product direction. Yadav succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who led Snabbit’s operations for the past 18 months. Choudhary will now lead new businesses and work on emerging opportunities within the company. Snabbit has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and recently recorded more than 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day. The company currently operates across five cities and over 150 micromarkets, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
