Apna Mart raises Rs 120 Cr in Series C round led by Accel, Fundamentum

Franchise-led omnichannel grocery and FMCG startup Apna Mart has raised Rs 120 crore (around $12.7 million) in a Series C funding round co-led by existing investors Accel India and Fundamentum, with participation from Peak XV Partners. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company's working capital and support its expansion across India. The transaction was advised by VERTICES PARTNERS, which acted as legal counsel to Apna Mart. Entrackr hadexclusively reportedthe funding round in June after accessing the company's regulatory filings. The round valued the Gurugram-based company at around Rs 1,470 crore, nearly double its previous valuation of Rs 738 crore, as per Entrackr's estimates. Founded by Abhishek Singh and Chetan Garg, Apna Mart operates a franchise-led omnichannel quick commerce platform focused on Tier II and Tier III cities. The startup delivers groceries through a neighborhood store-led model and competes with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. The Series C round comes a little over a year after Apna Mart raised around$25 millionin its Series B funding led by Accel and Fundamentum. The company recently said its operating revenue grew 2.5X to Rs 500 crore in FY26, although it did not disclose its bottom line. In FY25, it reported operating revenue of Rs 185 crore and a net loss of Rs 76 crore. Apna Mart also laid off around10% of its workforcethis year and shifted its headquarters from Bengaluru to Gurugram. Bareback Media has recently raised funding from a group of investors.
