Fintech unicorn Razorpay has appointed four senior engineering leaders from Divyam.ai, Microsoft, Salesforce and CRED as it expands its artificial intelligence capabilities. The company has hired former Divyam.ai CTO and co founder Sudhir Reddy to lead AI and data architecture. It has also appointed Abhishek Agarwal, formerly Principal Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft, Bhavya Shivaprakash, formerly Senior Director at Salesforce, and Anuj Mathur, formerly Senior Director at CRED. According to Razorpay, the appointments are aimed at strengthening its engineering leadership across AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms and data engineering as it develops AI powered financial products and services. The company said the new executives will work on AI initiatives across payments, banking, risk, data and developer platforms. The appointments come after Praburam Rambadran joined Razorpay as Senior Vice President of Engineering in September 2025. Razorpay said it has introduced products such as Agentic Payments, Agent Studio, Agentic Dashboard and Onboarding, Connected Banking Agents, along with a suite of internal AI developer tools as part of its AI strategy.
