PRISM’s EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 2,594 crore during the fiscal year. However, the bottom line included a deferred tax credit of Rs 678 crore. The company also incurred Rs 1,414 crore in interest expenses during FY26. PRISM’s gross booking value (GBV) surged 88.5% YoY to Rs 30,683 crore, led by higher business volumes, premium and company-serviced hotels, and the full-year contribution from G6 Hospitality, PRISM’s American motel company. G6 Hospitality contributed Rs 14,107 crore to the GBV in FY26, compared with Rs 3,529 crore in FY25. Excluding G6, hotel GBV grew 36.5% to Rs 10,939 crore, while the homes business grew 19.4% to Rs 5,447 crore. North America emerged as a key growth driver after G6 made its first full-year contribution following its acquisition in December 2024. PRISM said it integrated G6’s technology stack into its unified platform within a year and deployed AI-led pricing and service tools across its properties. Around 67% of room nights in FY26 came through non-commissionable channels, supported by the OYO app and other direct channels. The company launched its premium-focused CheckIn app in September 2025 to strengthen direct customer engagement and drive repeat demand. PRISM continued to operate across more than 35 countries through a centralised technology and operating platform built largely from India. The company said the model helped it scale international operations while improving operating leverage. Meanwhile, PRISM is progressing towards a proposed public listing and has filed an Updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus-I (UDRHP-I) for a fresh issue of up toRs 6,650 crore.
