Stylework raises $1 Mn in pre-Series B second close

Flexible workspace platform Stylework has raised $1 million in equity funding in the second close of its pre-Series B round, led by Auxano Capital. The round also saw participation from family offices, institutional investors and HNIs. The latest investment follows the first close of the round backed by Equentis Angel Fund, Karekeba Ventures/Cogniphy AIF Fund, MoneyVyapaar and LetsVenture Fund, taking the total pre-Series B raise to over$3.5 million. It has raised more than $6.5 million across four funding rounds to date. The proceeds will be used to expand into tier I and tier II markets, strengthen its technology platform, and deepen enterprise partnerships. Founded in 2016 by Spaarsh Khandelwaal, Stylework operates a platform that helps enterprises access and manage flexible workspaces across India. Stylework currently connects businesses to more than 10,000 workspace centres across 125 cities. The company reported a GMV of over Rs 340 crore this year, with an annual net revenue run rate exceeding Rs 50 crore. It also claims that it has remained profitable for the second consecutive year, reporting over Rs 2 crore in profit. Its offerings include coworking and managed office solutions, meeting room access, Flexipasses and multi-location workspace services. Through its SaaS platform, Flexboard and Stylework.ai, enterprises can manage occupancy, employee rostering, workspace budgets and access controls.
