Lighthouse Canton, a global investment firm with over $6 billion in assets under management, has closed a Rs 1,050 million private credit investment in Emerald Leisures Limited through its India based Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), the LC Luminere Credit Fund, and affiliated entities. Emerald Leisures is a BSE listed leisure and hospitality company that owns and operates Club Emerald, a multi sport, hospitality and recreational destination in Mumbai. The investment will provide long term capital to support Emerald Leisures' growth plans. Structured as secured non convertible debentures, the facility is backed by the company's operating cash flows and supported by collateral, escrowed cash flows, promoter support and identified liquidity events. The transaction adds to Lighthouse Canton's private credit portfolio in India, where it provides structured financing solutions to established businesses. Through its India private credit platform, the firm offers capital solutions tailored to the financing requirements of businesses across sectors. Lighthouse Canton manages assets for ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors and global investors.
