Bengaluru-based healthcare startup Even Healthcare is set to corner a second round of funding this year. The company is set to raise Rs 208 crore or $22 million in a Series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures, participation from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria and others. In January 2026, it raised$20 millionled by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave.The board at Even passed a special resolution to issue 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at price of Rs 10,889.91 each share to raise Rs 208.24 crore, according to the company’s regulatory filings. Khosla Ventures is investing Rs 145 crore in the round, followed by DLB Ventures with Rs 38.88 crore and Simon Fiduciaria with Rs 22.67 crore. ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital will also participate with Rs 1 crore each. As per Entrackr’s estimate, the firm will be valued at around $300 million in the Series B round. The funds will be used to meet the company’s business funding requirements, as per filings. A recent Mintreportsuggested that Even would raise around $50 million in the new round. Founded in 2020, Even Healthcare operates a membership-based healthcare model offering primary care, diagnostics, and hospital services. Unlike traditional hospital chains, the company focuses on continuity of care and patient recovery, with its care teams managing patients across consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation, and post-discharge recovery. Even Healthcare is yet to file its FY26 financials with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). In FY25, the company’s revenue surged over 4X to Rs 25.43 crore from Rs 6.24 crore in FY24, while its losses increased 24.5% to Rs 90.15 crore from Rs 72.40 crore during the same period.
