The company expects margins to remain under pressure in the near term as aggressive discounting continues across the market. Urban Company said current pricing levels are unsustainable for the industry and that pricing normalisation could lead to a one-time adjustment in demand across the category. Competition in the quick home services segment has also intensified. According to Moneycontrol, Snabbitrecorded1.51 million orders in June, while Urban Company’s InstaHelp clocked around 1.5 million orders during the month. Pronto recorded around 0.95 million orders during the same period. Bareback Media has recently raised funding from a group of investors.
