Mamaearth parent reports Rs 69 Cr profit on Rs 657 Cr revenue in Q4 FY26

Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth, announced its financial results for the last quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q4 FY26) on Thursday. The Gurugram-based company reported a 23% growth in scale while posting a profit of Rs 69.4 crore during the quarter. Mamaearth’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 657 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 534 crore in Q4 FY25, according to its financial statements accessed from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). For the full fiscal year, Mamaearth’s operating revenue grew 15.7% to Rs 2,392 crore in FY26 from Rs 2,067 crore in FY25. The company did not disclose its revenue breakdown for the last quarter. It also recorded Rs 19 crore from non-operating activities, taking its overall revenue to Rs 676 crore in Q4 FY26. According to the shareholders' letter, The Derma Co. continued to perform strongly, doubling year-on-year in Q4 FY26. The brand has also expanded its offline reach to more than 30,000 general trade outlets. Meanwhile, men’s grooming brand Reginald Men crossed an ARR of Rs 100 crore. For the D2C brand, the cost of procurement of products accounted for 33% of the overall expenditure. This expense increased 20% to Rs 197 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 156 crore in Q4 FY25. Employee benefit expenses rose 32% to Rs 71 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 48 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, marketing, legal, rent, and other overhead costs pushed the company’s total expenditure up 13.8% to Rs 594 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 522 crore in Q4 FY25. At the bottom line, the company reported a profit after tax of Rs 69.4 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 25 crore in Q4 FY25. On a unit basis, the company spent Re 0.90 to earn one rupee of operating revenue. For the full fiscal year, it posted a profit of Rs 200 crore in FY26, up from Rs 72.6 crore in FY25. Importantly, Honasa Consumer’s board also approved its first-ever dividend of Rs 3 per equity share, with a total payout of around Rs 98 crore. At the end of Thursday’s trading session, shares of Mamaearth’s parent were trading at Rs 361.7, giving the company a total market capitalization of Rs 11,786 crore ($1.2 billion).
