Direct-to-consumer (D2C) watch brand Bruno Milano has raised Rs 7.5 crore in a funding round led by Sauce VC, with participation from Titan Capital and angel investors including Arjun Purkayastha, Unacademy cofounder Roman Saini, and Kitty Agarwal. The fresh funds will be used to expand its market presence across India, accelerate the rollout of new watch collections and designs, and strengthen its availability across major ecommerce and quick commerce platforms, Bruno Milano said in a press release. Founded in 2024 by Rachit Jain and Saurabh Agarwal, Bruno Milano is a D2C watch brand offering affordable, contemporary timepieces generally priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000 through ecommerce and quick commerce channels. The Noida-based brand offers hand-finished quartz and chronograph watches, including the Vittorio Chrono, Ambrosiana Chic, and Duomo Heritage collections. It also offers customised corporate gifting solutions. Bruno Milano sells its products through its official website, ecommerce platforms, and quick commerce channels. The brand said its watches combine classic aesthetics with modern designs. The company competes with startups such as Rotoris, Argos Watches, Jaipur Watch Company, and Bangalore Watch Company, which are targeting segments ranging from affordable luxury and mechanical watches to heritage-inspired and premium timepieces. Rotoris raised $3 million (around Rs 27 crore) in a seed round in December 2025 from investors including Nikhil Kamath, Venture Catalysts, 100Unicorns, and Vivek Oberoi. Argos Watches raised Rs 6.5 crore in an angel round in 2025 to support product development and digital expansion, while Jaipur Watch Company had earlier raised Rs 2.4 crore in an angel funding round. Bareback Media has recently raised funding from a group of investors.
