Naturis Cosmetics, a contract manufacturer for beauty and personal care brands, has raised Rs 100 crore in its first institutional funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, with the participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust (Infosys Co-founder K. Dinesh Family Office). The round also saw participation from Anicut Capital, Niveshaay, Hyperscale Ventures founder Suyash Saraf, Yogesh Kabra, and several angel investors from the pharma and specialty chemicals sectors. Founded as an R&D-led contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), Naturis works with over 50 beauty and personal care brands including Nykaa, Pilgrim, Purplle, Colorbar, Bare Anatomy, Kay Beauty, and Asaya. It also partners with pharmaceutical firms such as Glenmark and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in the OTC and cosmeceuticals segment. The company will use the funds to expand manufacturing and R&D, including a new facility in Vapi, an experience centre in NCR, and an R&D hub in Mumbai, while also expanding into new beauty, personal care, and OTC categories. Rahul Tandon, co-founder and CEO of Naturis Cosmetics, said the funding will help the company strengthen its R&D capabilities, expand manufacturing capacity, and accelerate its vision of building a leading beauty and personal care manufacturing platform in India. While the company is yet to file its FY26 financial statements, its operating revenue grew around 40% to Rs 154 crore in FY25 from Rs 110 crore in the previous fiscal, while profit stood at Rs 12 crore during the year. According to the company, it has recorded revenue growth of more than 50% CAGR over the last four years while remaining profitable.
