Organized post sales installation and services platform Wiffy has raised $3 million in a Series A funding round led by Earth Fund, with participation from Japan's Persol Holdings and existing investor Capria Ventures. The Mumbai based startup had earlier raised Rs 25 crore (around $3 million) in a pre Series A round co-led by Mount Judi Ventures and existing investor Capria Ventures in July 2024, with participation from Blume Founders Fund and other investors. It had also secured $2 million in a seed round in July 2022. The fresh capital will be used to expand its technology platform, strengthen AI powered workforce management, deepen enterprise partnerships, and accelerate category expansion, Wiffy said in a press release. Founded in 2019 by Vikram Sharma and Deepanshu Goyal, Wiffy operates a field services platform for home improvement and consumer durables brands. The company provides installation, maintenance, warranty, and field services across more than 100 cities through an AI powered platform and a network of over 5,000 certified technicians. It partners with more than 100 brands, including IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich, and Amazon, and says it has served more than one million homes across India. Wiffy automates technician scheduling, deployment, and quality assurance through its proprietary AI powered SaaS platform, enabling brands to manage pre and post sales service operations. According to the company, it has served more than one million homes across over 100 cities since inception. Wiffy also said that demand is driven directly by its enterprise and brand partners, resulting in minimal customer acquisition costs.
