Oxyzo to acquire GoldenPi, enters retail fixed income investment space

Oxyzo Financial Services is set to acquire a 100% stake in bond investment platform GoldenPi Technologies and its affiliate GoldenPi Securities, a move that takes the NBFC into the retail fixed income investment segment. The acquisition will help Oxyzo expand its debt capital market offerings for retail and high-net-worth investors, according to a company statement. Oxyzo, a technology-driven NBFC focused on SME financing, had assets under management (AuM) of around Rs 10,700 crore as of March 2026. The company had also announced the launch of its private credit fund earlier this year. “We are excited to welcome the GoldenPi team into the Oxyzo family. This will enable us to significantly enhance our fixed income offerings and capture a larger share of the fast-growing debt investment market,” said Anuj Sharma, Business Head – Fixed Income at Oxyzo. Founded in 2017 by Abhijit Roy and Samir Baran Pratihar, GoldenPi operates a SEBI-registered online bond platform that allows retail investors to invest in listed corporate bonds, government bonds, fixed deposits, and non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The Bengaluru-based platform claims to have built a community of over 16 lakh users who have cumulatively invested more than Rs 6,000 crore through the platform, with zero defaults recorded till date. GoldenPi has previously received backing from Rainmatter Capital and Utpal Sheth. In March, OxyzolaunchedOxyzo Credit Fund I (OCF-I), a performing credit fund under its alternative investment platform. The company also entered the fund management business through a new subsidiary, Oxyzo Investment Manager Private Limited. Oxyzoreportedan operating revenue of Rs 1,207 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 903 crore in FY24. Its profit after tax rose to Rs 340 crore in FY25 from Rs 291 crore in the previous fiscal year.
