Akumentis Healthcare records Rs 446 Cr revenue and Rs 77 Cr profit in FY26

Akumentis Healthcare recorded modest revenue growth over the past two fiscal years, with its operating revenue rising fromRs 398 crorein FY24 to Rs 446 crore in FY26. The company, however, remained profitable and reported moderate growth in its net profit.Akumentis’ revenue from operations increased to Rs 446 crore in FY26 from Rs 434 crore in FY25, according to its annual standalone financial statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The Thane-based company markets a portfolio of more than 167 branded prescription products across therapeutic segments, including gynecology, cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and dermatology. The sale of pharmaceutical products remained its sole source of operating revenue. The company also recorded Rs 17.3 crore in other income, primarily from interest on deposits, taking its total income to Rs 464 crore in FY26 from Rs 449 crore in FY25. Employee benefits remained the company's largest expense, decreasing to Rs 130 crore in FY26. The cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 115 crore, followed by advertising expenses of Rs 37 crore. Travelling expenses and legal and professional fees came in at Rs 28 crore and Rs 23 crore, respectively. Overall, the company's total expenditure declined marginally to Rs 360 crore in FY26 from Rs 362 crore in the previous fiscal. Akumentis' profit increased to Rs 77 crore in FY26 from Rs 66 crore in FY25. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at 39.21% and 20.14%, respectively. Note:We have excluded the exceptional expense of Rs 63 crore related to the impairment of loans while calculating the net profit to present the company's underlying financial performance. On a unit basis, Akumentis spent Re 0.81 to earn every rupee of operating revenue in FY26. As of March 2026, it held current assets worth Rs 271 crore, including Rs 199 crore in cash and bank balances. Akumentis has raised a total of $19 million in funding to date, with Peak XV Partners as its largest external investor. Recently, AKUM Drugs, along with its subsidiary Akumentis Healthcare, received anincome tax demandnotice of Rs 134 crore. Bareback Media has recently raised funding from a group of investors.
