Nykaa profit zooms over 4X to 79 Cr in Q4 FY26; revenue grows 28%

Nykaa, the online beauty and fashion platform, saw notable growth in bottom and top lines during the quarter ending March 2026 (Q4 FY26). The Mumbai-based company’s operational revenue climbed 28.4% year-on-year, while profit skyrocketed 313.4% during the same quarter. The company’s revenue from operations rose 28.4% year-on-year to Rs 2,648 crore from Rs 2,062 crore in Q4 FY25, according to filings on the National Stock Exchange. For the full fiscal year (FY26), its operating revenue increased 26.1% to Rs 10,022 crore from Rs 7,950 crore. The beauty segment continued to dominate, accounting for 91.01% of Q4 revenue at Rs 2,409.4 crore, whereas the fashion vertical contributed 8.50% of operating income in the quarter. Cost of materials was the largest expense, constituting 56.98% of total spend and increasing to Rs 1,445 crore in Q4 FY26, while additional spend on employee benefits, finance, marketing, technology and other overheads pushed total costs to Rs 2,536 crore for the quarter. Growing scale and operating leverage drove profitability as Nykaa reported 4.1X jump in quarterly PAT to Rs 78.8 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 19.1 crore in Q4 FY25, and profit was up 16.3% sequentially from Rs 67.74 crore in Q3 FY26. The Board of Nykaa has approved the acquisition of an additional 24.17% stake in Earth Rhythm Private Limited (ERPL). Nykaa will acquire up to 20,864 equity shares for a total cash consideration of up to Rs 9.4 crore. ERPL, a sustainable beauty and personal care brand, expects the transaction to be completed by August 31, 2026. At the close of trading today, shares of Nykaa were priced at Rs 274.50, giving the company a market valuation of around Rs 78,231 crore.
